Prestige at Hampton – Progress Update
In usual style, here are progress updates on our ten 5-bedroom deluxe villas located at Palm Springs Road, behind Nicon Town, Ikate and we’re here to update you on the progress we’ve made this month.
At the moment, in most blocks, the roof beam casting, blockwork to the roof slab, kitchen cabinet installation and tiling have been completed. 60% of the lifts have been installed, and the cinema cladding is also being finished. Internal screeding has been done, the same with the second coat painting and applying the facade finish. We’ve completed testing all the installed lifts and most pools have been tested likewise.
Some of the ongoing construction includes installing the rest of the sanitary fittings, electrical second fixes, second coat painting, more wardrobe and curtain wall installations, interior finishings, MEP external works and so on.
